To Bake List…

Just like a To Do List, I have a To Bake List.

One of my ex-boss on my first day of job told me that to learn something new I need to un-learn a lot of things. At that time I found it a very odd remark to start my job especially when I was not a fresher in the industry. But during the course of job, I realized how true his remark was. I also realized that the same un-learning was happening in my earlier jobs as well but I never noticed it the way I did in this one & since then.

My inner want to learn & bake/ cook/ make in my teeny-weeny kitchen & share on the blog is a new job/ journey and I am looking forward to lots of un-learning before I eventually learn something. I’ve made myself a list of fancy words which I’ve eaten & seen loads of ever-tempting pics doing the rounds on net. I have set myself the task of learning these dishes in the best way I can. The list is constantly growing. All the best to me
